Kayak | SUP Storage Height Adjustment<\/h3>\n<p>This adjustment raises or lowers the Kayak | Padddleboard\u00a0Storage Rack height to accommodate various water levels and seasonal changes in water level.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove your kayak or SUP from the storage rack<\/li>\n<li>Loosen the security straps<\/li>\n<li>Slide the pivot lateral loose from the mounting slot on the dock mount<\/li>\n<li>Remount the pivot lateral in the desired dock mount slot for the height you require.<\/li>\n<li>Wrap the security strap around the pivot lateral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This provides an operable freeboard Range (Dock Surface to Water Level Distance) of 10 to 36 inches\u00a0based on the model you select.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dockcraft.com\/assets\/deck_to_water_level.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[104]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-105\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dockcraft.com\/assets\/deck_to_water_level.jpg\" alt=\"deck_to_water_level\" width=\"623\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dockcraft.com\/assets\/deck_to_water_level.jpg 623w, https:\/\/dockcraft.com\/assets\/deck_to_water_level-300x85.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Webbing Length Adjustment<\/h3>\n<p>This is achieved by depressing the Lever on the Cam Buckle and pulling on the webbing to lengthen or shorten the web length that supports your Kayak or Paddleboard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are 2 purposes for this adjustment:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To accommodate the size and contour of your Kayak or Paddleboard<\/li>\n<li>To adjust the angle of your Kayak to minimize rain\u00a0entering and collecting in the cockpit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dockcraft.com\/assets\/Adjustments_Webbing1.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[104]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-111\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dockcraft.com\/assets\/Adjustments_Webbing1.jpg\" alt=\"Adjustments to Webbing\" width=\"600\" height=\"722\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dockcraft.com\/assets\/Adjustments_Webbing1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/dockcraft.com\/assets\/Adjustments_Webbing1-300x361.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dockcraft.com\/assets\/Adjustments_Webbing1-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The greater the angle the greater the Freeboard Operability Range.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cThe Docksider\u201d Kayak Rack\u00a0 or SUP Dock Rack requires two adjustments to\u00a0accommodate various decking-to-water heights and a variety of kayaks and Paddleboards. 1.
